Praise & criticism

The Municipal Hospital of Pirmasens has a complaint management system in place, offering patients, family members, visitors and employees the opportunity to voice criticism – by letter, e-mail or telephone, or in person.

The complaint management staff report directly to the Management. Without exception, every input received is pursued in the aim to respond in a timely manner.

Naturally, the team also welcomes requests and suggestions for potential improvements.
