Patients of the Municipal Hospital of Pirmasens can always count on receiving the best medical treatment and nursing care and are welcome to consult with the responsible physician and nursing staff.
Patients may also turn to Julia Fricke – an independent, volunteer Patients’ Advocate elected by the City Council of the City of Pirmasens. She provides patients with fast and unbureaucratic assistance, naturally with complete discretion and respect for confidentiality. She is gladly willing to provide information on matters such as the rights and obligations of the patient. She also serves as a direct point of contact for criticism, suggestions and proposed improvements around the patient’s hospital stay.
In order for Julia Fricke to be able to assist with patients’ concerns prior to, during or following a hospital stay, an appointment is requested – this can be done on Wednesdays between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. by telephone on +49 (0)6331/228862 or by e-mail to email@example.com; you are kindly requested to provide the patient’s name and building address. Contact is also possible by placing a message with name and building address in the Patients’ Advocate mailbox located in the foyer – reception staff will be pleased to assist with this.
